The stupid thing doesn't recognize my password now?????

The dumb thing recognizes my password to log in here but not to get me into my vault - not a lot of value in that.

    You don't even understand the difference between your website login and your vault password, go grab an abacus.

    Next time try to understand the problem, ask for help nicely!

    I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your 1Password data. Please note that your 1Password Master Password and your password to access these forums are not necessarily (and should not) be the same password. We have some tips if your password Master Password is not being accepted available here:

    @bwoodruff. Thank you for your comments. I am content that that the original password that I used allowed me to enter the vault. It is true that I have not used the app for some time, but that shouldn't invalidate the password. In these circumstances however I have decided that the app is more trouble than it is worth and have therefore deleted it. Thank you for your assistance.

    There is a "Ben" who is not Ben Woodruff and his only post in the discussion forum was from 2010.
