Hi.
I have bought 1Password Mac + Windows Bundle from your store. From apple I have downloaded the app.
Do I also need to buy the Pro-function, or does is it come with my bundle purchase, is yes, how do I activate the Pro-function on my Iphone?

The first thing to make clear is that 1P for Mac, 1P for Win and 1P for iOS are completely separate products.

1Password is licensed per person and per platform, rather than per device. You can read more about AgileBits' approach to software licensing in this knowledge base article.

As you've probably discovered already, 1P for iOS is a free download from the App Store accessed from your iOS device—with an in-app purchase to enable pro features. If you make that in-app purchase on one iOS device you can enable the pro features without charge on any other iOS device that uses the same Apple ID. However, your Mac/Win licence doesn't affect 1P for iOS in anyway.

    Ok I understand, thanks.

Apple only permits using iCloud for syncing for application they sell from one of their app stores. Windows isn't one of those (obviously). So you won't be able to use iCloud for a Windows installation. Dropbox is just as secure and it will work on all supported platforms.

  • Hi @Jangcm,

Glad Stephen and hawkmoth have been helping out here. :) To answer your most recent question, iCloud is not currently supported on Windows. This may change in the future, but at the moment Dropbox is recommended if you need cross-platform syncing. Hope that helps!
