Two primary vaults on iphone
My partner recently said she was having difficulties syncing. She has 1password for ios (latest version) on her iphone and ipad. She also has 1password on her mac (it was version 4, I upgraded to version 5 as I was investigating the problem). I have 1password on my phone, ipad and mac (all latest versions).
Although we keep intending to explore multiple vaults, we haven't got around to it yet, so are running on 1 vault each (separate from other). On her mac and ipad I see a single vault called Primary, synced via Dropbox. But on her iphone she has two vaults, both called primary. One is synced via dropbox, but the other isn't synced at all. Her mac/iphone vault has 233 items in it, but her synced vault on her iphone only has 226 items. Her unsynced vault has 96 items. New items go to her synced primary
I haven't been able to figure out what to do about this. I'd like to get the unsynced vault's data out and take a look at it on the mac, but I can't figure out how to copy it onto some other device. If I try to sync it to dropbox it will only show me the existing mac/iphone vault, and then say its already on the iphone and can't sync it. I tried wifi sync, but then it says it "attempted to sync with a different vault than originally configured". I've toyed with creating an empty vault on dropbox and try to sync that, but am concerned that it might delete the items in the unsynced vault - and I have no idea what important passwords might be in there. Is there no way to tell which items are only on the phone and not elsewhere, short of manually going through every item and comparing them by eye against the mac?
As part of testing I created a new item on her iphone. It seemed to go to the synced vault (its count went up from 225 to 226 and the other vault's count was unchanged). However the new item did not appear on the mac or ipad.
Any suggestions on how to proceed. (If it helps, I'm pretty computer savvy, I'm a programmer myself and am familiar with working on the command line, although not with ios development.)

Thanks for taking the time to write in about this difficulty. It sounds like ideally we'd merge the two vaults on the iPhone together. Unfortunately 1Password for iOS doesn't have a function that directly makes that possible. To get a better idea of how we should proceed, I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of her devices.
—Mac—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html—iOS—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.htmlAttach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and ensure that this is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

Great! Thanks. It looks like Laura has already replied to you, but there may have been some confusion about the reports. I've pointed out the iPhone report on the ticket, so no need to re-send that.
We'll continue to work with you via email.
Thanks.
Ben
