    Ben, my 1Password app accidentally was deleted from my iPhone. I reloaded it and have logged in to my account on my Mac laptop. I'd like my phone to sync with and re-acquire all of my passwords. However, it is saying "No 1Password data was found on iCloud." I know it is on the cloud because I had entered everything on my phone -- if it weren't on the cloud, I wouldn't see it on my laptop. Plus iCloud Drive is enabled, and 1Password is included.

    All of that would be fine if I could "Sync using Wi-Fi" which the app also offers. But when I clock on that, nothing happens -- even tho my phone and laptop are on the same network. Help!

    sorry for the troubles you are having with sync. I'd like to help to get to the bottom of this. To do so could you check the following for me?

    • Which version of 1Password you are using on your Mac and on iOS?
    • Are you logged in to the same iCloud account on both devices?
