Not getting the 1Password pop-up window after logging into a site

I just upgraded from Version 3 of 1Password, and to El Capitan. I have one site where the login name is on one page, and when you click Login, it takes you to another page where you enter your password. In 1P 3 I had two logins saved under different names, which worked fine. In 1P 5 it doesn't enter the login name, and I don't get the pop-up window after I log in on the first page to save the user name in 1P. I deleted the old login for the first page from 1P, but still don't get the pop-up.

@reevescajr probably the best thing to do is to recreate the login using the procedure in this knowledge base article:

Using 1Password with login sequences split across multiple pages

If that doesn't help do by all means post again and if you're able to give the relevant URL (so long as it contains nothing confidential of course) someone can test it for you.

    Hi @reevescajr,

I hope the link Stephen sent you was helpful! In case you're curious, the reason why you weren't automatically prompted to save a new Login item for the username on the first page is because 1Password will only do that when it detects a password field in a sign-in form. The steps from the link in Stephen's message will help you manually trigger the "Save Login" prompt on the first page.

If you need anything else, please let us know. Have a great weekend! :)
