Hi there! my apple 6+ with 1Password dosent seem to be backing up to icloud.

1Password dosent seem to be backing up to icloud however it appears to be going through the motions. When I login to the icloud drive there are no backups(?). I have linked it to dropbox and that appears to work but it would be helpful if I could use the icloud as i'm not a fan/user of dropbox.

Hi @Phaeton,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. 1Password data does not appear in iCloud Drive. We do not use the iCloud Drive filesystem. Instead we use the iCloud CloudKit API, which is what Apple recommends for database type syncing.

When you are syncing with iCloud are you not seeing changes you make on your other 1Password enabled devices?

I have reset 1Password to sync with iCloud and I will monitor it now that you have explained how it operates. Thank you for your insight
