Convert Licence Mac to Windows

Hi,
I am using a Mac and a Windows PC. I already owned a 1Password Licence for my Mac. I got another 1Password Licence and was hoping to use it on my Windows PC. I registered the Licence just to find out it can only be used on a mac. Unfortunately this wasn't clear when I bought it.
Is there any chance to convert this second licence to use it with my Windows PC?
