Emergency kit problem

    I created a team, but had the iOS problem, and now I don't have the Emergency Kit or access key. What do I do to get into the team?

    @Vaulted: Can you tell us which 'iOS problem' you're referring to? Since the other thread was about Safari on OS X, I've split you off into a separate thread so we can focus on your issue. Thanks in advance! :)

    Sorry, I mixed up OS X with iOS - I set up the account and received the link to download the Emergency Kit, but when I clicked on it, I only went to the welcome screen, and the Emergency Kit didn't open or download. So... I have no Emergency Kit and no access key.

    As you noted - this was on iPhone. Thanks.
