1Password not syncing entry on iPhone 6 Plus; file exists on Mac and Dropbox.com

I'm a long-time 1Password user having a problem with Dropbox sync recently. I have one entry that I created days ago on my MacBook Air (running 1Password v5.4.2 and OS X 10.11.2 (El Capitan)) that also appears in Dropbox.com (i.e. on the cloud) as it should, but it has not appeared on my iPhone 6 Plus running 1Password v6.1.2.

I have rebooted my iPhone and that did not help. I have verified using my iPhone Dropbox app that the entry (modified this morning as a test) is visible in the keychain "data" folder. I have tried adding another Login item on my MacBook Air and it doesn't show up on my phone. I've tried adding a Login entry on phone and it does not appear on my Mac. On the phone, when I go to Settings, I can see the "Sync" icon animate occasionally (to indicate that it is syncing).

Another clue: When I click on Settings > Sync on my phone I see "Items 1,714" (and nothing else). On my Mac, "All Items" has a count of "1590". So something seems amiss here.

Any suggestions? I'm thinking that deleting 1Password on my phone and reinstalling it might help.

    I have the same problem.

    I think it may have started on January 1, 2015. The only entries which I have noticed missing in the iOS app are the ones I added on Mac after that date. However, after I emptied the trash in 1Password 3.8.22 on Mac, I have 375 entries there, vs. 438 items in 1Password 4.5.3 on iOS 7.1.2.

    Hi @jhalperin,

    I suspect your issue is different, as you're using very different versions of 1Password from the OP. I've moved your other thread to our 1Password 3 for Mac Legacy forum where it should get the attention it deserves.

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. I suspect you've run up against a bug in v6.1.2 for iOS that we have detailed here. We are in the process of pushing out v6.2 for iOS which should hopefully address this issue.

    Please try updating to v6.2 when you see it and let me know if that helps.

    1Password for iOS v6.2 solved my Dropbox problem. Items are synchronized properly. When I go to Settings > Sync I see an entry for each of my two vaults and "Sync Now" buttons for each.

    I also see that on iOS, since I have two vaults, "All Items" reports the total # of items in both vaults which is the sum of the individual vault item counts that I see on my laptop. (I did have to wait a bit for the phone to sync all the items.)
