I hope you have version information in your database. Using current iOS. Sync account currently icloud. I can confirm that I have a sync account, but cannot access it.

@hblatman - The only way you will be able to regain access to your data in 1Password is to use the master password that you created for it. There is no way to reset the master password without entering the old one first. That is an intentional security feature that protects your data.

You indicate that the clue your created is helpful, but not enough. Before you give up on remembering the password, have a look at these documents and see if one of the tips they include helps.

My Master Password is not being accepted. What should I do?

I lost or forgot my Master Password. Help!

If you cannot recover that master password, you will have no choice but to start over from scratch. For the iOS version, you can accomplish that by deleting the application and then downloading a fresh copy from the iTunes App Store, using the same Apple ID you used to get your original copy. When any application is deleted from an iOS device, all of its data are also deleted. I know that will be an unwelcome turn of events, but that will be your only option if all the hints for remembering your master password fail you.

One other comment - Apple doesn't provide any information to developers about who has purchased their applications. So AgileBits won't have any record of your iOS purchase. Only Apple will.
