The +Get button is inactive in the app store and I cannot download 1 password.
I had restriction off, but tried turning them on and setting it to apps->all, to no avail. I already own a couple copy of one password and have it syncing between two computers and my phone. Want to add syncing to my husband's phone. Not sure whether they versions we have were purchased through the app store or through your website.

@winniewms can you please tell us exactly what you are trying to do? You've posted on the 1P for iOS forum so I'm assuming you're trying to make the in-app purchase to enable pro features of 1P for iOS. Is that correct?

Sorry I wasn't more clear. I'm trying to download 1password on an iPhone 6 that has never had it installed before. I have it currently installed on my computer and my husband's computer, synced through dropbox. I also have it on my iPhone. I'm trying to install it on my husband's iPhone.

I'd like to have you try downloading Firefox for iOS on the device that you are having difficulty with. The reason I'd like you to try this is that it has the same basic App Store setup as 1Password: it is free, and is rated 17+ due to the fact that it offers a web browser with unrestricted access to the Internet.

Please let me know if that works, and if so, if you are then able to download 1Password or if the issue persists. If it does not work, I suspect you have something funky going on with restrictions / parental controls on the device. You may need to consult the Apple Genius Bar to resolve that.
