How do I move Password 1 to the Icon bar at the bottom of my IMac

in 1Password in the Browser

I have a new username and password for my Bankof America credit card. Everytime I log in and go to the 1password at the top right to update the name and password it won,t save the new ones. Each time I log in the old ones are there. How can I solve this problem. Thanks, Tom Capriotti

    Hi @tom_777,

    I can think of two ways to go about this.

    1. Open the main 1Password window and edit the Login item there, updating the visible username and password fields at the top of the Item Details pane.
    2. Manually log into the site in your browser using your new username and password. 1Password should recognise that it's a login page and ask if you want to save a new Login item.

    It might be you're trying the second already when you say it won't save. If this is the case, instead of waiting for 1Password to ask you could try our How to manually save a Login guide which will instruct 1Password to open the 1Password Save Login window.

    Does any of that help you get a new working Login item?
