I still can't sync my iPhone- iPad with 1password. I would prefer the Dropbox or Wi-Fi methods. If I
If I am forced to change a password for an App or hospital program and note that the new password doesn't change on my IPad. Then I'm left with 2 different passwords that necessitate changing the password again. I have Dropbox and thought that I set it up properly but it doesn't sync. Likewise, I tried the Wi-Fi method and couldn't find the "sync" tab in settings. I'm loath to sync the 1password to my Mac because I use the iPhone or iPad almost exclusively for mobile and hospital based program passwords.
Thank you,

Hi Bob ( @Blitzman ),
It sounds as though you may be running into this issue which we hope to have fixed up today with the release of 1Password 6.2 for iOS. Please try updating to 6.2 on all iOS devices when you see it come up as an update and let me know if that helps.
Thanks!
Ben

Hi Ben, I upgraded both the iPhone and iPad with version6.2 and now have a problem with the password for the agile-keychain. Both iPhone and iPad have different passwords and won't synchronize even if I try both. Could you suggest a way to circumvent the password quagmire or erase it and start over.
Getting frustrated, Bob0 -
Bob,
Sorry for the continued trouble.
Does one of the devices have all of the latest information? E.x. is all of your 1Password data on your iPhone? If so you can turn off syncing on both devices, delete the Agile Keychain file from Dropbox, erase the 1Password data on the iPad (
Settings > Advanced > Erase All 1Password Data
) and the set up Dropbox syncing again:Syncing
You may wish to make a backup of your data before completing these steps:
Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)
Thanks.
Ben
