1password keeps telling me my master password is incorrect and will not open on my iphone 6.

My password is no longer working to open the 1password app on my iphone 6. I also have the touch id but it does not ask me for that either. I have been unable to access this app that holds all my passwords since Friday Jan 8, 2016. Stressing. Please advise. Thank you

I'm really sorry to hear you haven't been able to unlock 1Password since Friday :( We do have an knowledgebase article that has some hints: My Master Password is not being accepted. What should I do?
