Hello, Firstly apologies if the answer to this is in the forums, I couldn't locate it.

I got an iPhone6 Plus about 6 months ago and Synced it with my 1PW account from previous device via iCloud. I broke the screen, so sent it away for repairs and was given Iphone5s on latest ios as a replacement, but i have been unable to sync with my previous vaults. It was running the latest ios, but not latest 1PW version.

I wiped my old phone before sending it away, so can no longer upgrade the version of 1PW being used and on the support pages I found a section saying that 'If you cannot update some of your devices, you make not be able to sync using iCloud'

So, what are my options?

Thanks very much in advance for your help.

Thanks for taking the time to write in.

Do you perhaps have a backup of your 1Password data? If so instructions on restoring can be found here:

Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)

By default 1Password data only exists on the device you create it on. Without a backup or updated sync data unfortunately it is likely that you wiped your only copy of your 1Password data when you wiped your phone.

Please let me know how it turns out.

    Ben
