I have had to restore my iPhone, and now I can't get into 1Password.
I have had to restore my iPhone, and now I can't get into 1Password (I had only recently bought the full version through the App Store. I remember hitting 'backup' several times when I was using the app, so I must have a backup somewhere. However, I can't seem to be able to restore it. I have used your troubleshooting guide - iCloud Drive is enabled in the iPhone, and 1Password has access turned on.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @frankthetramp,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. If you made a 1Password backup you can find instructions on restoring it here:
Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)
Thanks.

Hi again @bwoodruff! Sorry to be a pain, but this hasn't solved my problem. When I connect to iTunes, go to File Sharing and select 1Password, I don't seem to have any backups saved on my computer to actually restore.
So, before I had o restore my phone I had the full paid version of 1Password it work a treat. Every so often I went into Settings, then Advanced and hit 'Create Backup'.
I didn't do anything else whereby I knowingly created a backup. This is all I did. So now I'm thinking that maybe I don't have a backup at all?

As you can see from the above guide that is only the first half of what is needed to save your data to your compter. That just saves it to the phone. Connecting to iTunes and using File Sharing to copy the Backups folder to your computer is what gets it to the computer.
Do you have any backups of the device itself prior to erasing the data on it? If so you may want to consider making a fresh backup now, and then restoring to a point before you erased your data:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
If you've stored any data in 1Password since the restore you'll want to back that up first as well:

I hope that helps!
