Why does WLAN sync need so many taps?
You keep on adding great features to 1Password for iOS, awesome! But why does WLAN sync still need so many taps: Settings > Synchronisation > Primary > Start synchronisation > WLAN > [Choose Computer] > Sync now ??
I am always syncing via WLAN and always with the same Mac. So why isn't there a WLAN sync button at the top level of the settings page which starts the sync immediately?
1Password Version: 6.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 9.2
Sync Type: WLAN

Hi @TheMaJa,
Thanks for taking the time to write in with this question. If 1Password is open and unlocked on your Mac when you open and unlock 1Password on your iOS device it should start syncing automatically. It should not be necessary to go into the settings each time. We did have a bug in v6.1.2 that broke this functionality, but it should be restored to normal working order in v6.2.
Please let me know if you have difficulties with that. :)

Thanks Ben,
unfortunately I can't observe any automatic sync. I changed a secure note, edited a few software license entries, deleted some items and added a new one (all on my Mac). Then I launched and unlocked the iOS version and none of this changes synced over automatically on both my iPhone and iPad. I have the latest OS and 1Password versions on all devices.

Thanks Markus. So we can get a better understanding of what is going on under the hood I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
—Mac—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html—iOS—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.htmlAttach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and ensure that this is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
