No longer able to pay for goods from eBay, with Paypal, on iPad , whilst in the 1Password browser

iPad2, IOS 9.2, 1Password 6.2.
On my iPad, I launch eBay from 1Password, select my goods and try to pay with Paypal, by clicking on the key icon, however, my ID and password will not load automatically - I have to do it manually.
All is fine on my iMac 27, IOS 10.11.2 with 1Password 5.4.2
Now this has only occurred over the last few months. When the Paypal screen comes up, the field for my email address is blank, unlike on my iPhone 6, where all is working fine!!!

Do you have any ideas

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Just to clarify the exact same procedure works differently on your iPhone than it does on your iPad?

If so, are you positive that the two are in sync? If you add a new item on the iPhone does it appear on the iPad?

Do you have version 6.2 installed on both?

Thanks for your prompt reply; both iPhone and pad have the same IOS and version of 1Password and both sync with my iMac. I can confirm a new log in added to the iPhone has appeared on both iPad and iMac.

I have just made an eBay-Paypal transaction on the iPhone, which came up with my email addressing the id box. I clicked on the 1Password key icon and it auto filled my password. On the iPad the Id box is empty and the auto fill function will not work. I hope that I am not confusing you.

Thanks for confirming, Martin. Unfortunately I'm not sure how I'd be able to reproduce this issue, other than by placing an order on eBay (not something I do often). If this is something you're doing frequently would you mind testing something for me? Could you please try using Safari with the 1Password extension to go through the process?

It would be interesting to see if this behaves differently in Safari than in 1Browser.

I have installed the 1Password Safari extension , only to find that my eBay account has been linked to Paypal, to enable automatic payment. I have disabled this and am going out. I will get back to you in due course.
