6.2 update won't install

I can't get recent update to install. AppStore appears to show complete install (circle image is full) but doesn't go to "open". Selecting it again shows cloud and arrow and it restarts. app just shows installing. Can't delete app from my phone to retry. Tried downloading over wifi & LTE. I use this app all the time and have never had any trouble. Please advise how to correct this problem
