Began using Wi-Fi synch for my iPad and now I have two vaults and everything is duplicated. Why?

Once I started using WiFi Synch I found I now have a Primary Vault and a 1Password Vault. I was originally using Dropbox to synch however I has having trouble recently so I switched to WiFi Synch. Now everything is duplicated on my iPad. I also have 1Password on my Windows 10 laptop and on my Andriod phone. I am very hesitant to delete either of the vaults. What caused the second vault to appear and how do I get back to just having one vault?

Yes, I will do it again. The Windows diagnostic report was sent yesterday. I sent the iOS report this morning. I will resend this.
