Upgrading Ver 3.72 Pro to Pro 6.2. Restore Purchases Regrant failed.

I have downloaded ver 6.2 from itunes and have successfully migrated my data from 1password Pro Ver 3.72 (still on phone) to standard Ver 6.2. I assume I can upgrade my 3.72 Pro version at no additional cost? I tried the Restore Purchases function in the 6.2 Ver under the Settings -Pro Features menu. It prompted me for my Apple ID. As I was using 2 Apple IDs on my original phone (one I used mainly for employer purchases and one used mainly for private purchases) I tried entering both without success. Now the Ver 6.2 program informs me that "regrant failed". I still have my original itunes receipt email from 2010 for Pro version. (I also purchased Mac/Wind bundle....currently using on my Mac Lion with Ver 3.8.22 without problem although I will probably upgrade to Ver 4 now that I have had time to note it exists). thanks in advance.

  • Good morning @marks987, and thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm so glad to hear that you were able to migrate your 1Password data from version 3 all the way up to version 6! Quite the different looking app, huh? Since you last visited us we've put a TON of work into making 1Password the best password manager there is. In fact, since we introduced 1Password 4 back in 2012 (which was a paid upgrade from version 3) we've added hundreds of new features and improvements. While we have provided free updates to anyone who purchased 1Password 4, we had to pick a cutoff somewhere and unfortunately version 3 was it. As such, the Pro Features in 1Password 6 are a separate purchase from 1Password Pro which you purchased six years ago.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
