Chrome browser window detection failing

I use multiple Chrome profiles (Person) for different things.
I have one for my business sites, one for regular browsing and one for facebook (darn spies!). Up to now 1P has always worked perfectly.

However since a couple versions the mini helper always seems to detect either the wrong or no window at all. So I either get no suggestions or suggestions for a tab that is open in another window.
I'm currently running 6.0 beta (team stuff) but it's been in the last stable versions of 5 too.

    Hi @Blizz,

    I'm sorry you're having a problem with 1Password and multiple profiles in Chrome! Our developers have been working to solve some issues related to that, and I believe at least some of them should be fixed in the latest versions of the 1Password app and the browser extension.

    It looks like you're using a beta release of the 1Password 6 app, but we actually just released the stable version yesterday, so please make sure you install that update (from the main 1Password app, go to 1Password > Check for Updates).

    If the problem still happens after updating 1Password, we'll need to know a couple more details:
