IPhone 6S ITouch quit working

I have been using the app and it's great! Starting yesterday, my vault would not unlock with the fingerpad. It works fine if I enter my master password. ITouch works fine for every other app. How do I fix this so I can use the finger pad again? Thanks!

    Thanks for taking the time to write in about this issue. When you say it won't unlock using your fingerprint... does it not even ask for a fingerprint anymore, or does it ask for one and then reject it?

    If the former, please try this:

    • In 1Password under Settings > Security toggle Touch ID to OFF
    • In the Settings app under Touch ID & Passcode toggle iPhone Unlock to OFF
    • Restart your iPhone (instructions)
    • In the Settings app under Touch ID & Passcode toggle iPhone Unlock to ON
    • Restart your iPhone again
    • In 1Password under Settings > Security toggle Touch ID to ON

    If the latter, 1Password does not control which fingerprints are accepted and which are not. This is handled entirely by iOS. You can add or remove fingerprints in the Settings app under Touch ID & Passcode.
