@khaled_sheta - As stated in this section of the iOS User Guide, WiFi sync only works between one PC as server and one or more iOS devices. The key is that the PC is the server in the network.

Hawkmoth is correct. 1Password for Windows or 1Password for Mac can act as the WiFi server for multiple mobile devices but 1Password for iOS does not have the capability of being the sync server itself.
Thanks!

A couple of questions.. When I tried iCloud sync for my 2 iOS devices..then I looked at iCloud Drive , no data was there ? So where did it go ... The second question.. If am worried of leaving data on the cloud and I just erase cloud data after every sync and stop the sync service until I need to add new data to one of the 2 iOS devices and repeat the process (which will not be a frequent thing to do) will I be safe and will that affect data integrity in any way ?

Hi @khaled_sheta,
We do not use iCloud Drive for 1Password's iCloud sync. We use a separate iCloud feature (API) called CloudKit. CloudKit data is not visible in iCloud Drive.
Unfortunately I don't have a great answer to your second question. I can say that 1Password was not designed to operate in that way... and that erasing the sync data after every sync will also erase the sync state, which is likely to lead to more conflicts. You are certainly welcome to try it, but I'd recommend making regular backups:
Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)
Sorry I don't have a more definite answer. As 1Password was not designed to work in that way we have not tested it doing so.

I purchased the pro features for IOS, and set the enable apple watch with a pin & it appears on the watch with no problem... My problem is that the field (view on apple watch) does not appear on the items I create.. ??

Only items you explicitly add to Apple Watch will appear there:
Set up 1Password for Apple Watch | 1Password for iOS
Please see the section titled "Adding items to view on Apple Watch."
I hope that helps!

@khaled_sheta: As mentioned in the article Ben linked, only certain item types are able to be added to Apple Watch. Also, make sure you're doing this with your primary vault. Does that help?

Ben.. I am a bit confused about folders & Vaults.. The way I store my items (in other apps like 1Password) is I create folders and sub folders (Ex Bank & Cards >> Cards >> Credit Cards .. etc) .. Now,, If I understand right, I have to move these folders or copy them to the primary vault, then some of these items i can choose to see on the Watch.... IS THIS RIGHT ??
The second thing is how do I know which item types I can add to the watch, where is this mentioned ??
Many thanks in advance for your help..0 -

@khaled_sheta: The vault is what you lock and unlock using your Master Password. it contains your data. Folders are an organizational element within the vault, where you can place items. All of the items are still in the vault, but you can associate each with a single folder.

It's the first section of the guide Ben linked:
1Password for Apple Watch setup
If you view the details of a Login item in your primary vault, for example, you can
Add to Apple Watch

I have a couple of suggestions:
- We have a category for drivers license, so I think we should have one for car license
- The banks category allows only for 1 account number, which means if you have multiple accounts in the same bank you should create multiple records for the same bank !,, I think the bank category must allow for multiple accounts
- It would be nice if you put a (contact us option) inside the application itself
- I think it will be brilliant if folders could appear on Apple Watch
Many thanks...

We have a category for drivers license, so I think we should have one for car license
I'm not familiar with the concept. We do not have car licenses in the US. What sort of fields would such an item have? You may want to review this blog post about custom categories:
Secure all the things in Secure Notes
(this does require the Pro features)
The banks category allows only for 1 account number, which means if you have multiple accounts in the same bank you should create multiple records for the same bank
That is the intention, yes. If you'd rather not create an item for each account you could add another section to the item though, and add another account number field in your custom section.
(again you would need the Pro features to do this)
It would be nice if you put a (contact us option) inside the application itself
This exists as an option under
Settings > Help
(Visit the Discussion Forums
-- which brings you here).I think it will be brilliant if folders could appear on Apple Watch
Thanks for the suggestion.
