Lost everything on Update
I received a notice to update one password and got a message that i needed to trash some old files such as /Downloads/1password 4.app and 1password 4.2PP etc. I did and then it instructed me to empty the trash which I did. I then opened 1 password and went to check for updates which I did and as it went to update and relaunch and froze up and their appears to be a question mark on the icon and now it will not open. I'm a senior citizen it took me two hours just to find this site is their a phone number for tech support or have I just lost everything? will I receive an email with an answer from this posting?

I'm so sorry to hear that you've had problems with the update of 1Password. I think the quickest way to get this sorted out is to take a closer look at your system.
I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
