iOS syncing problem not fixed in 6.2
We have two Windows 10 PC's, an iPhone 6Plus, an iPhone 5S and an iPad. The Windows devices use the Chrome browser and have the 1Password extension active. All devices have the current version of 1Password and the current Apple or Windows OS updates. Syncing was working fine via Dropbox until recently. With the introduction of multiple vaults and then "All Vaults" syncing has been compromised. Here's the issues:
1. Multiple vaults and all vaults only show on my iPhone 6. 1Password seems to view this device as some sort of principal device.
2. Syncing after updating to 6.2 on the iPhone 6 produced about 40 entry duplicates, only on the iPhone 6, out of about 120 entries. Some of the duplicates have old passwords. The dups happened when syncing on prior version(s) also. Further, there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to which entries were duplicated.
3. Deleting a duplicate on the iPhone 6 causes the corresponding single entry on my Windows PC's to be sent to the trash. Removing it from the trash puts the duplicate back on the iPhone 6. Aaaarrgghhh! I guess at least I know that the devices communicate with Dropbox!
4. As mentioned, the iPhone 6 has multiple vaults. This was not intentional but happened via my lack of understanding vaults correctly. Can I merge the vaults or at least delete the one that has the fewer entries?

Hi @johnthomas,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble syncing.
I suspect the multiple vaults may actually be the source of the duplicates. But before we jump to any conclusions or start any troubleshooting steps I'd really like to have a look "under the hood," so we can determine the best path forward.
I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
—iOS—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html—Windows—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/win.htmlAttach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and ensure that this is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Thanks!
Ben
