I enabled 1Password for Teams, and TouchID stopped working, even after app re-install.
I have been using 1Password on iOS for a long time, and have been using TouchID for as long as I've had my iPhone 6.
Today I registered my 1Password for Teams vaults, and it no longer asked for TouchID; I can only unlock with the vault password (for any vault).
I tried un-registering my Teams stuff (no change) and deleting/reinstalling the app (no change).
Any help would be appreciated. I use a long password for my vault, so I don't want to have to type it in every time I use it.
Thanks!

Hi @sharumpe,
I'm sorry to hear about the problem with Touch ID. Please give this a try:
- In 1Password under
Settings > Security
toggleTouch ID
toOFF
- In the Settings app under
Touch ID & Passcode
toggleiPhone Unlock
toOFF
- Restart your iPhone (instructions)
- In the Settings app under
Touch ID & Passcode
toggleiPhone Unlock
toON
- Restart your iPhone again
- In 1Password under
Settings > Security
toggleTouch ID
toON

Well, for whatever reason, when I went back to the device to try these steps, it was working again. Sorry for the false alarm.

Sometimes all it takes is telling people about the problem. I know that's how it works in my house :)
Glad everything's working for you now and thanks for letting us know!
