1Password Mini 6 acting weird

Since the v6 update, I noticed some issues with 1Password Mini. Sometimes (I can't figure out the exact steps to reproduce it) clicking the menu bar icon highlights the icon (blue background) but the drop-down menu won't show, but the icon stays highlighted. Moving and/or minimizing all the app windows seems to solve the issue, clicking the icon again shows the menu. Also, when right-clicking the menu bar icon shows the following error in the system log:

    Hi @juanii,

I'm so sorry you are facing these issues with 1Password 6.0.

I'm not 100% certain if this is a known issue that we are currently tracking. Please make sure to submit any crash report if you get the window to submit one. Giving context about what you were doing at the time is always extremely useful, as is contact information. Especially in this case when I'd love to link this forum post up (and the diagnostic report I am about to ask you for) with your crash.

I'd love to take a closer look at your system to see if we can determine why this happened (and to give you better instructions to get back up and running).

I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

Thanks for the answer nathanvf. I don't get any crashes (and hence no crash logs) but I've sent the diagnostics report to the e-mail address and the support ID is #PTT-96598-849. As I mentioned before, I don't have any useful information on the context for the first issue yet. For the second one, it happens with every right click so there's nothing special to do.

    Regards

  • @juanii Thanks for sending that over. We'll get back to you soon. :)
