Vault name location in entry

In the Mac app, the vault name is placed at the top of an entry. I actually find that preferable, and more useful, than where it is placed in the iOS app, where it appears at the very bottom. I do understand that you are dealing with a smaller viewable area, but for those of us using multiple vaults, I do think being able to easily, and immediately, see which vault an entry is in is quite useful. Please at least consider this change of moving the vault name to the top. Perhaps you can put out a survey to your multiple-vault-using mobile device customers to get some feedback to see if enough other people feel similarly.

Thanks!!

Hey @Paco II, thanks for voicing your suggestion; we always appreciate usability feedback like this. I'll go ahead and raise this to my team and we will consider it! Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

Great suggestion. When on a vault's Categories page, I don't see the name of the vault I'm currently in. I know the "All Vaults" selection has a different icon. Will create a new post in the Support Forum to discuss this issue.

Hi @ABrimberry thanks for the additional +1 on the feedback.

I suspect this is one of those things people are probably very divided on.

Personally I wouldn't want to see it at the top because it puts less of the information I want to see in the viewable area. To put that at the top means everything else is pushed down. My immediate concerns are the contents of the item, not the vault it's in since 9 times out of 10 I am more interested in the content of the item, but the more information put at the top the more scrolling you have to do to see the item content. I hope that at least gives a perspective on the other side of the problem.

I have no idea what our designers think of this but I'll pass this to one of them to let them have a look at this thread again.

@AGKyle I hear what you're saying, but it's possible to add it in a small font that would have minimal impact. Maybe color coding is the better approach?

It's certainly something we can consider (though we also need to consider folks with imperfect vision!) We'll try to find a solution that will be more helpful. Thanks for the feedback! :)
