ios vault not syncing with new logins on pc.

I looked into my dropbox files and did not see the keychain file, which im guessing is the problem. Is there a way to restore it?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. If the keychain isn't in Dropbox that could certainly explain why syncing isn't working. :)

    I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
