IOS NOT synching with iCloud

I had 1Password installed in 4 machines: 2 Macs, 1 iPhone, 1iPAd. the iOS Machines stopped getting the information from iCloud. After trying several options I decided to delete the copies of 1 Password from the iPhone + iPad and reinstall the App --- and then create a vault by "synching" with iCloud.

I always get the message : "looking up iCloud information"... then "an error occurred"... and that's all!

any hints please?

In OSX I am in El Capitan

    @luispsimoes: Hmm. I think we need to start with the basics: where is your 1Password data? That may seem like a silly question, but which device(s) has(ve) the most up-to-date copy? Are you getting the same iCloud error on every device?

    Now, it may be that you'll need to contact Apple for assistance if something's going wrong with iCloud, but there may be something else that can be done to help or narrow things down first. Please let me know! :)
