Primary Vault and iPassword Vault sync
I switched iPhone to 6S. Restored 1Password on iPhone old version (from iCloud). That on Mac - newer version (1Password 5). Have upgraded latter to 6. Newer vault is called 1Password. Primary vault synced from phone - old version. How can I get all data from 1Password vault into Primary vault without having to copy it all out.
1Password Version: 6
Extension Version: 6.0.1
OS Version: OS X (10.5.5) Yosemite
Sync Type: Tried all wifi and iCloud and dropbox tried

@abahra: iCloud can only sync the primary vault, so I'm not sure I understand where this second vault comes into play. Can you describe your setup in more detail: all OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, which vaults you have where, and what you'd like the end result to look like. Thanks in advance! :)

The whole things is now even more disastrous as due to the merging I have double data and have now lost my original most up to date version of all my passwords. I tried to sync my old phone with iCloud so that the most up to date version would, at least be backed up and transferred now all of that data has been has been replaced with the old version. I thought iCloud on the mobile automatically backs up with iCloud automatically which does not seem to be the case. Why is this so.
I don't understand what is the 1Password vault? Why are there 2 vaults?
My new iPhone S is iOS 9.2
Mac Yosemite
Bot new and old versions of 1Password set up a primary vault and 1Password vault. Old iPhone was the most recent iOS 8.

Hi @abahra,
I thought iCloud on the mobile automatically backs up with iCloud automatically which does not seem to be the case. Why is this so.
Not everyone wants their data stored in iCloud, and as such this does not happen by default. Once set up it does sync automatically.
Fortunately 1Password for Mac does backup automatically to the internal hard drive, so we may be able to revert the changes you've recently made.
To get a better idea of what is going on 'under the hood,' I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
—Mac—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html—iOS—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.htmlAttach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and ensure that this is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Ben
