I don't remember setting up a pin or choosing two different passwords. Can I go on line to my account and reset?

@Glorious we need a lot more information from you so that we can help you. The first point is that if you're talking about a PIN to unlock 1Password it's presumably an issue with 1P for iOS, rather than 1P for Mac (and you've posted on the 1P for Mac forum). I'll leave the thread in this forum for the time being until we're more clear about the problem—because I'm going to assume that you also have a problem with differing master passwords on 1P for Mac and 1P for iOS—is that right?

In any event please tell us:

None of these questions are. for the moment, dealing with the PIN issue. Let's first sort out the differing master passwords and then come to the other issue.

@Glorious: If you're using a very old version of 1Password for iOS, you'll have a Master Password, but you may have also setup a PIN for quicker access.

While the information Stephen_C requested may help shed some light on that, keep in mind that AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you!
