Download of 1Password failed. Logo greyed out. App Store says installed 17 Jan.
The 1Password logo on my iPad mini is greyed/blacked out with the word "Installing..." underneath. The App Store says the programme is installed. Do you have a solution please?

Same problem, restarting did not help!

Please try this:
- Tap on the 1Password icon to pause the download (from the home screen, not from in the App Store).
- Reboot the iOS device (instructions)
- Go to the App Store and find the app and start the download again. Sometimes you have to search for the app by name since it’s not always in the Updates tab anymore at this point.

Hi All,
As promised, I said I'd post the results of your very kind suggestions here. So:
Re-booting the iPad had no effect.
I Tapped and held the "greyed out" 1Password icon and deleted it.
I then went back to the App Store and re-downloaded.
Hey Presto! This worked and I now have 1Password up and running on the iPad.Many thanks to you all for your suggestions.

Thanks @chanq51. Glad to hear you were able to get this sorted out. For anyone else reading please do not delete the app unless you are absolutely positive you have your data somewhere other than the device you are deleting the app from. Deleting the app also deletes all 1Password data on the device.

Hi Ben,
For what it's worth, I was very nervous about deleting the app, for the very reason you outlined above. However, I have been using 1Password on an iMac, 2 iPads and an iPhone and have been syncing with Dropbox. When I opened the newly downloaded app on my iPad mini, all of my data just re-appeared.
Thanks once again for all your help.
Very best regards,

Yep, if you are syncing, and that sync source is up to date, then there is much less of a concern when removing the app from any given mobile device (and of almost no concern when removing it from a desktop computer).
But some folks only use 1Password on their one mobile device. How they manage... I'm not sure. I have to have 1Password on every computer I use. I just didn't want anyone who is in that situation to stumble across this thread and think that deleting the app would be a good idea for them. :)
