Just adding to the list. iOS 9.2 iPhone 6 1PW 6.2. When I try to edit notes the window is so low on the screen it's very difficult to tap to edit.

@harringg: I've split you off into a separate discussion, since it sounds like you're in fact able to use the full screen Notes editing mode, but you're just having trouble getting there for some reason — a very different issue than the old in-line Notes editing that the other discussion concerned.

Now, I have to admit that while I think I understand your description, I'm not seeing this behaviour myself. Is it something you encounter with all Notes fields, regardless of the item type? This is what I see:

I don't have any trouble seeing or tapping to edit it. Could you please take a screenshot of what you're seeing? To include it in your reply, simply click the document button in the top of the comment field, and select the file you wish to share:

record has notes I want to edit but won't scroll down to select them.

@harringg: Weirdly, I'm not having any issues scrolling there either. Is it a particular item or type you're having this problem with? If you put your finger on the grey (i.e. non-field area) and then move it, are you able to scroll then?
