Safari Extension on iPad Pro

I've been using 1Password across multiple devices (Macs, many generations of iPhones and iPad) for many years. For some reason however, on my iPad Pro the Action extension is not showing up as an option to enable under the "more" options in Safari. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app with no change, and the problem has persisted through the update to 6.2.1.

Thanks for your help.

This is what I get on the AgileBits page when I hit the Share button.

  • Thanks @x19! I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

Thanks. If you do send a report (I don't see anything from your email address, yet) please post the support ID you get here.

Thanks.but so far troubleshooting didn't work.
Reinstalling the app either. Forcing safari to quit did not help either.
    Looking at alternative.

  • Rhapsody,

It appears we've sent you a TestFlight invite. Please let us know in the iOS beta forum how that goes! :)

    Hi @Rhapsody,

I just replied via email, we'll carry on with the conversation in there to avoid duplicating efforts.

    Thanks for understanding.

    Cheers!

I'm having the same issue. Has there been a resolution?

    Hi @safurm,

This is a bit of an older thread, so let’s start at the beginning, just to make sure that we’re all on the same page.

    1. What is the version number of 1Password that you are currently using?
    2. What is the version of iOS that you’re using?
    3. Could you provide a bit more detail about what you’re seeing?
