Need major help please!! problem with syncing computer to 2 iPhones - did pay for both formats

I am leaving for long trip and suddenly discovered two problems;

  1. My computer is not properly syncing with the two iPhones and
  2. We are taking my husbands computer and not mine so his needs to be the primary.

At some point I did pay for a second 1password (different platform? I am not familiar enough with jargon).

I am syncing with drop box.

I am lost and confused and have no idea where to begin solving this. I only know that I looked up credit card info and no device has the same info.

    To start, let's make sure that you have updated to 1Password 6.2.1 for iOS and 1Password 6.0.1 for Mac on all your devices and computers. For iOS you can find this update in the App Store app. For Mac you can find this update in the Mac App Store (if you purchased it there) or by clicking on 1Password 5 > Check for Updates... in the menu bar within 1Password on your computer.

    I'd also like you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
