UI issue when adding sections [confirmed scrolling bug when reentering edit view after canceling]

There seems to be a bug that does not allow you to scroll to the end of an item's sections in edit mode if you've previously tried to add a section and then cancelled it. Repro steps are below.

Initial item screen:

Go into edit mode and scroll all the way down (expected behaviour):

Add a new section, select the section title and then cancel out:

Go back into edit mode, cannot scroll past tags section (bug):

Note that going back to the categories view resets the bug.

Thanks for the detailed steps and annotated screenshots for how you reproduced this bug. That made it much easier for me to follow along and do the same. :)

I found that editing most fields that bring up the on-screen keyboard and canceling, even without making a change, is enough to prevent fully scrolling to the bottom of the item after immediately reentering edit view. And I could only make it happen on an iPhone; the iPad appears immune.
