Auto login not working for Apple ID site

I have tried using 1Password browser and Safari without success.

    Hi @robersonclr

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble logging in with your Apple ID. I have a couple of points I'd like to ask for clarification on.

    1) When you say "auto login" do you mean your credentials are not filled when you instruct 1Password to do so? 1Password on iOS does not have an auto-submit feature, so not logins will do what I'd describe as an "auto login."
    2) What is the URL to the page you are having trouble with? Apple has a number of pages where your Apple ID credentials might be requested, so I want to make sure while we're troubleshooting we're looking at the same one.

    In addition, as an initial troubleshooting step, have you tried re-saving the login for your Apple ID? I'd recommend giving that a try, using the Safari extension on the page you are having trouble with:

    Create a new Login item in Safari

    Please let me know the answers to the two questions above and if re-saving the login helps. In addition, if you could please let me know: what version of 1Password for iOS you are using, what version of iOS you have installed, and on what device this problem is occurring (e.x. iPad Air 2) that would be helpful.
