Difficult to open 1Password after putting phone to sleep and connecting to an untrusted computer
Hi, I had 1Password open when I put my phone to sleep.
I then connected my phone to my work laptop to charge it (I have the phone/laptop connection set to untrusted).
When I work up my phone and unlocked it, the 1Password lock screen appeared but there was a conflict between that and the iOS 'do you want to trust this computer' pop-up. The pop-up appeared but before I could click it disappeared again. However, I was unable to unlock 1Password as the pop-up still had focus even though it had disappeared behind 1Password.
Eventually, I managed to get the touch timing right so that I could untrust the computer and then also unlock 1Password.
...not a big issue, but worth mentioning.
Keep up the good work.

Hi @danpee,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. It sounds as though you may be using Touch ID? Unfortunately we don't have control of that prompt. If you have Touch ID enabled we simply ask the system "are you able to authenticate the user with Touch ID" (at which point iOS gives you the Touch ID prompt you are used to seeing). Then iOS either sends us back a "yes" or a "no." This is perhaps slightly over-simplified, but illustrates the level of control/interaction 1Password has at this stage.
The only way I can think to resolve this would be to make folks tap a button in 1Password before we prompt for Touch ID. This would make sure that any other system prompts would happen first. Unfortunately I think that would cut down fairly significantly on the convenience of Touch ID for many people, and is probably not a worthy change just to account for odd instances such as this.
We do appreciate the feedback though and if we can come up with a better way to handle situations like this we'll certainly be willing to investigate those options.

I suspected it might be outside of your control.
As you say, it's a rare situation so not worth complicating the normal process.
