sync with dropbox between 4 devices is not working

I use 1Password on 4 devices. 2 Windows 10 PCs, one iPhone and an iPad. I noticed that dropbox isn't syncing everything with my iPhone and possibly the other devices. The iPhone in particular is missing several entries.

I went to the web verson of dropbox and opened 1password.html. Unfortunately, I then noticed that only 3 passwords show up. The "data" folder appears to have everything.

I'm at a loss. What is going on and how can I fix it?

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. To get a better idea of what may be going on 'under the hood' (or, rather, what may not), I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices.
