Lost my password. Just purchased. First time use. Help

I just installed 1password, entered my password, had to quit. No data entered. Shredded my password with a pile of papers. Can not get in. Thanks.

    Hi @john_mozga,

    If you're saying that you've not had the chance to remember your Master Password and there's no way you're going to remember it then we can help. If you follow our guide, How do I start over with an empty vault? it will allow you to start with a clean copy of 1Password for Mac where you'll be able to create a brand new vault with a new Master Password. Is this what you were hoping for?
