    Hi @raymjr1,

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Did you switch Apple IDs? Apple really only recommends having one Apple ID per person. You may be able to work around this though. First please back up your data. Instructions can be found here:

    Creating and restoring 1Password backups in iTunes (iOS)

    Then please uninstall and reinstall 1Password for iOS.
