login missing from safari extension

As a developer I have numerous Amazon logins ... after updating to 6.2.1. the safari extension only displays some logins, but not all. Even searching refuses to find it .... but I can see it with no problem in the app. I've reinstalled the app and rebooted my iPad, all to no avail. Any ideas?

  • Hi @Snookumz,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Does the domain portion of the URL saved in the website field of each of your Amazon logins match the domain of the website you are viewing when this problem occurs?

For example, if I'm on amazon.com all of my logins that have website fields with amazon.com in them appear, but my logins that have amazonaws.com in the website field do not (this is intended behavior).

    Please let me know.

    Ben

Hi @bwoodruff, thanks for getting back on this.

This first thing I did was to check the login ... however - it worked correctly before the update, and hasn't been changed since.

The re-install should have dealt with any corrupted entry, and It works perfectly on the mac.

    Cheers

  • Thanks, @Snookumz. I'm not entirely clear from your message... does the domain portion of the URL indeed match?

It may help to manually re-save a new login for the site:

Create a new Login item in Safari | 1Password for iOS

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me know if the URL does match and if saving a new login helps.

    Ben
