Morning,

Im in the process of selecting a password manager for a small team of ops engineers.
Ive used 1password personally for years and was excited when I saw a team solution was in the works.

Ive signed up my work team to the beta and issued invites. First question that has come back is, do my team members need to purchase the Mac/Windows/Device app to connect it to the team password repo?

Will the release version include the client apps as part of the monthly sub cost?

    Hi @AUSFestivus,

    Your 1Password for Teams subscription will give you and your team free access to our client apps.

    Also during the free beta, your team can use the client apps for free with their 1Password for Teams account.

    Where can the team grab the apps from?

    Hi @AUSFestivus,

    In the 1Password for Teams web client, open the Team menu in the top tight and choose Get the Apps. There you’ll find download links, and the information necessary to add your team to the apps.

    If you'd like to share a direct link to the Get the Apps page with your team: https://my-team.1password.com/apps

    Just replace my-team with your team's domain.
