Missing and duplicated web site urls after upgrade to v6.2.1
Hello, since I've upgraded to v6.2.1 on iOS 9.2, I have missing and duplicate web site urls.
I'm using one vault synced between iPad and iPhone.
On the iPad the web site urls are missing, on the iPhone the web site urls and duplicated.
Please advise.
Many thanks

Hi @k2901,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. I can't say I've heard any other reports of a difficulty like this... where fields within a item were either missing or duplicated after the update. Did you make a backup before updating? Or, do you perhaps also use 1Password on a Mac, which makes automatic backups?

If so I'd recommend restoring the database back to a point just prior to the update. If you do not have a backup unfortunately you'll likely need to manually correct these entries.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

There's definitely a problem. A created a new test entry on the iPad, synced it and it appeared ok on the iPhone, the sync works and is using the same valut data. 90% of the other entries on the iPhone show the web site url twice, on the iPad the web site urls are all missing. Same version being used on both iPad and iPhone

I only used 1password on iPhone and iPad

Okay, and did you make a backup before updating? If not unfortunately you may need to manually correct these entries. We do not have an automated process that would be able to make a bulk change like that. Before doing so though I'd appreciate it if you could please send us a diagnostics report. It may give us a better idea of what went wrong (and why).
Please create a report from each of your devices:
(iOS) Sending Diagnostics Reports
Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and ensure that this is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Ben
P.S. For the future I'd highly recommend making regular backups of your 1Password data, separate from any device backups:

How often you will want to do so depends on your usage, but for most folks weekly or bi-weekly works out pretty well.
