incorrect message when typing password into primary vault-just created-tried multiple times
Trying to set up account. Set my password, however when I type it into "password for primary vault", it says incorrect. I've tried typing it about 6 times. I'm sure I couldn't typed it wrong 6 times! How can I set up this account? You were highly recommended by the apple tech in southlake, tx which is the main reason I decided to use. So far, it's been a very frustrating experience!!

Hi @mustread1,
Sorry to hear about your experience so far with your Master Password. If your password is not being accepted, and you don't have any important data stored in 1Password yet, you can uninstall & reinstall it to set a new password. Note that this will erase any data contained within.
