Just purchased 1password, have the License key but but can't find the place to enter it. What's next

When I open the App, all I can do is enter the Master PW which I haven't been given the opportunity to create. If I click "about 1Password, then License, there is no help there. This should be simple and straightforward but it surely isn't!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble entering your license. Did you receive a license key, or a license file? If a key, can you check to see if you accidentally purchased 1Password for Windows? If so, please let us know right away and we'll get you switched over.

If you purchased the Mac version, check your email for your license file. Save that file to your desktop, double-click it, and it should open 1Password and license it for you. If you can't find the email, please check your Junk mail folder to see if it was accidentally placed there. You can also request the email to be resent here: https://agilebits.com/home/licenses
