Cannot print bank statement from I password

Have a air printer and unable to print bank statement from 1 password, from two different bank sites. Was able to do the job outside of 1 password and worked fine, by the way the printer works well.

Hi @Kgken,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Have you tried logging into the banks using 1Password's extension in Safari and printing from there?

1Browser (the browser built into 1Password) is mostly a holdover from before we were able to have an extension in Safari itself, and as such most of our browser based development effort on iOS is focused on the extension now.

Sorry to hear that, @Kgken. If it doesn't work in Safari on iOS then we almost definitely can't make it work in 1Browser (the browser built into 1Password). 1Browser uses Apple's WKWebView API for ... well, the "browser" part of 1Browser. WKWebView is basically just watered down Safari.

When you say that you were "able to do the job outside of" 1Password, could you please elaborate? Where were you able to print from, if not Safari?

Downloaded the bank site from Google , signed in and brought up account and printer worked fine. From there I went to the other bank site and had no luck. Asking for Adobe reader, is it not available for IPad . Thanks again.

It is, actually:

Adobe Reader on the iTunes App Store

However I'm not sure that'll help. It sounds like the bank is expecting the desktop Adobe Reader application, which obviously won't exist on iOS. It sounds as though the bank will need to add better mobile compatibility to their site to allow for statement downloads.
