  • Hi @stephen_barth,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm not sure I understand exactly what the difficulty is. If you are having trouble filling a login item on iOS please check out this guide:

Fill items in Safari | 1Password for iOS

If you have difficulty following the steps outlined please let me know which step you get to and what the difficulty is.

The more detail you can give us about what you're doing, what you expect to happen, and what happens instead, the better we can assist you.

    Thanks!

    Ben

I tried your suggestion. After step 2 the 1password icon did not appear with the other choices. To clarify the original problem on my Mac for example when I use 1password to open the Chase.com website the login appears and 1password fills it in. When I use 1password on my iPad the home page for Chase shows up and asks me to press button to login.

  • Hi @stephen_barth,

It sounds like you might not have the extension added to the Share menu yet. Let's try this:

    1. Open Safari.
    2. Go to a website (any website) and tap the Share button.
    3. In the bottom row of icons, the black & white ones, swipe all the way over to the right and tap the More icon. It looks like an ellipsis.
    4. In the list that appears, find 1Password and toggle it on. You can also re-arrange it here with the grab handles. I might be biased, but I like to put it all the way at the top so it is always first.

After that, you should be able to follow the rest of the guide that Ben linked to above. Let us know if it that helps!
